Terms and Conditions

All sales are final.  With that being said I will do everything in my power to make things right in case of DOA during shipping.  Just like there are bad sellers, there are bad buyers, so I have to say that all sales are final to protect myself.

In the event of any DOAs a picture of dead fish/shrimp/plant in bag must be provided with in 1 hour of the delivery of your shipment.  The shipping fee is nonrefundable.  Then if it is decided that the shrimp/fish/plants have died during shipping through no fault of the customer the customer will be refunded monies paid minus shipping charge, or have the choice to receive replacements with an additional shipping fee.

Again, this is completely at my discretion, I want all my customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase at Mark Shelly Aquatics, but do not want to be taken advantage of.

I ship via usps priority mail to the continental United States.  I ship on Friday for a Monday or Tuesday arrival.  Depending on weather certain items especially guppies and plecos will not be available during winter months.  Shrimp, plants, and snails can be shipped during winter unless it is frigid on my end or buyers end.  Heat pack will be provided at no additional charge if needed.

Shipping during winter months can be tricky, so shipping days may vary slightly due to "weather windows."
